How does rug pickup and delivery work?
Book your pickup through our web app. We collect the rug from your address and deliver it back after cleaning. Pickup and delivery are available every day of the week. If you need help preparing your rug for collection, we can assist by prior arrangement.
How much does rug cleaning cost?
The price depends on the type, material and size of the rug (m²). You can view the rates in the price list above. We provide an individual quote for hand-woven, silk and antique rugs. We inform you of the final price before delivery.
How long do cleaning and drying take?
We usually return your rug within 5 days. Cleaning and drying time depends on the material and thickness of the rug, as it must be completely dry before return.
Do you clean all types of rugs?
We clean synthetic and wool rugs, shaggy rugs, kilims, hand-woven and Persian rugs. Before cleaning, we check the material, colourfastness and backing to choose a suitable method. Silk, antique and other delicate pieces are assessed individually to confirm whether cleaning is suitable.
Can you remove stains and unpleasant odours?
We treat stains and pet, urine or damp odours according to their source and the rug material. Results also depend on the age of the stain and how deeply the contamination has penetrated. Complete removal of every stain and odour cannot be guaranteed.
How do I prepare my rug for pickup?
Remove furniture and other objects from the rug and roll it up for collection. Let us know about stains, odours, damage or loose fringes. If you know the material or have care instructions, share them when booking.
