What kind of bag can I use?
You can use any bag that you can fill with laundry and hand to the driver.
Do I need to weigh or sort my laundry?
No. We take care of weighing and sorting. Just put your laundry in a bag and empty the pockets before handing it over.
Is my laundry washed with other customers’ laundry?
Never. Every order is washed, dried and folded as its own separate load.
What if I have less than 6 kg?
The base price of 25,90 € covers any bag up to 6 kg and is also the minimum order amount. Pickup, washing, drying, folding and delivery are included.
What if I have more than 6 kg of laundry?
Each additional kilogram over 6 kg costs 3,50 €. We calculate the final price after weighing your laundry and let you know before payment.
How soon will I get my laundry back?
Next day on most orders. You pick the return window during checkout, and we show you exactly which windows are available before you commit.
How does payment work?
You enter your payment card details when you book. Once your laundry has been weighed, we let you know the final price and then take payment.
