We inspect, wash and thoroughly dry every item.
Inspection and preparation
We check the care label, material and filling, then choose the right washing and drying programme.
Washing with room to move
We use machines with enough room for larger items to move freely and adjust the programme to the material.

Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about washing duvets, pillows and larger items.
How long does the service take?
We return your items within three days. Duvets, pillows and other larger items need enough time to dry thoroughly, including the filling inside.
How do I know if my mattress cover is removable?
Look for a zip around the edge of the mattress and check the care label. The cover must be removed from the mattress before pickup. If you are unsure, send us a photo.
Do you clean whole mattresses?
No. We only wash removable mattress covers that are suitable for machine washing and drying.
Is washing safe for down duvets and pillows?
We check the care label and adjust the washing and drying process to the material and filling. If an item cannot be washed safely, we will contact you before processing it.
Can you remove all stains?
We treat stains according to the material and care instructions, but complete removal cannot always be guaranteed. Let us know what caused the stain when placing your order.
How should I prepare my items for pickup?
Make sure the items are dry and ready to hand over. Remove mattress covers from the mattress and let us know about any stains or special care instructions.
