Who is responsible

What we process
Account data. Your phone number, which serves as your sign-in, your name if you provide it, and the pickup and delivery addresses you save.
Guest orders. An email address for order updates, your accommodation and room, or the pickup address you enter for a direct order, and the order itself (bag size, services, price).
Welcome offer. The email address you enter in the welcome offer on our site, the page you were on, and whether you ticked the box for offers and tips — if you did, also when and with which wording you agreed.
Payments. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never receive card numbers. We store the payment status and, if you save a card, a short summary (brand and last four digits) so the card can be shown and charged.
Orders and service records. Order contents, status history, delivery notes and problem reports, including photos you choose to attach.
Messages. Transactional emails about your orders, and conversations you start with us, for example on WhatsApp.
Anonymous usage statistics. How the site and the ordering flow are used, collected without cookies and not linked to you as a person. Details are in the cookie policy.
Ad measurement — only with your consent. Whether an ad on Google or Meta led to an order, and cookie-based usage statistics (cookie identifiers, masked page addresses and, for ad matching, a hashed email or phone number). Nothing of this is collected before you agree in the cookie banner; details are in the cookie policy.
Why we process it
To carry out our contract with you: receiving, pricing, collecting, cleaning, delivering and charging orders, and sending updates about them.
Welcome offer: we use your email to send you the discount code you asked for and to note when it is used on a first order. We send you offers and laundry tips only if you ticked that box (your consent); unsubscribing never affects the discount.
To meet legal obligations: issued invoices and accounting records are kept for as long as Slovenian tax and accounting law requires.
On the basis of our legitimate interests: preventing fraud and abuse, monitoring errors, and improving the service with anonymous, aggregate usage statistics.
On the basis of your consent: usage statistics and ad measurement (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta) run only after you allow them in the cookie banner, and you can withdraw the consent at any time under Cookie settings — withdrawal does not affect anything already processed lawfully.
Referral credit: when you join through an invitation link, we process the invite code so the credit can be awarded. This is part of the referral arrangement you enter by using the link.
Who processes data for us
Google Firebase provides our database, hosting, sign-in and push notifications. The database and server functions run in the EU (europe-west1).
Stripe processes payments.
Brevo delivers transactional email.
PostHog (EU cloud, Frankfurt) provides anonymous usage statistics.
Google Ireland Ltd provides, with your consent, usage statistics (Google Analytics) and ad measurement (Google Ads).
Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd receives, with your consent, ad measurement events (Meta Pixel and Conversions API); for that collection Meta and CleanOmar act as joint controllers under Meta's business tools terms.
Google reCAPTCHA protects phone sign-in from abuse.
Every provider works under a data processing agreement. Where a provider belongs to a group based outside the EU, transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Invoices and accounting records: as long as Slovenian law requires, up to 10 years.
Account and order data: while your account is active, or until you ask us to delete it. Records that the law obliges us to keep are kept for their legal period.
Welcome offer sign-ups: up to 12 months without consent to offers; with consent, until you unsubscribe.
Anonymous usage statistics: up to one year. Consented usage statistics (Google Analytics): up to 14 months. Records of your cookie consent: up to 24 months.
Drafts and preferences saved in your browser stay on your device until you clear them.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and a portable copy, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to [email protected] and we will reply within the legal deadline.
Consent given in the cookie banner can be withdrawn at any time — the Cookie settings link in the site footer opens the same choice again.
Consent to offers and tips can be withdrawn at any time — use the unsubscribe link in any such email or write to [email protected].
You can also lodge a complaint with the Slovenian supervisory authority: Informacijski pooblaščenec, Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, www.ip-rs.si.
Security
All traffic is encrypted with TLS. Access to data is limited by role to what each role needs. The order database is hosted in the EU, and card data never reaches our servers.

If this policy changes, the new version will be published here with an updated date.
